Free Initial Intake Consultation Available

During your initial consultation, our Director will take the time to discuss your child's unique needs, strengths, and learning profile to gain a thorough understanding of the support they may require. Following this discussion, we will schedule an initial appointment for both the parent and child to attend. In most cases, this appointment can be arranged within 1–2 weeks, depending on scheduling availability.

Because we want to be as accurate and thorough as possible, our Initial Consultation is a 2-step process. Here is what you can expect:

Step 1:

Our Learning Centre Director will book a complimentary appointment to speak you via phone call.

Step 2: Your Initial Consultation

During the consultation, our director will discuss with you your child's needs and learning profile.
At the end of the consultation, an initial appointment for a parent and the child to attend will be booked as soon as the schedule permits (in most circumstances, within 1-2 weeks).

During the inital appointment, our director will schedule your child’s first few testing session with one of our psychoeducational service providers.

Our initial consultation process is designed to be as efficient and thorough as possible from the point of your first phone call to your child’s first support session.
